Position Overview:
Title: Sales & Spirit Guide (Retail Associate)
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
About the Role:
We’re seeking someone grounded, intuitive, and ready to support customers and staff alike. This position may include additional responsibilities and leadership opportunities as we transition our management structure. It's a chance to hold space in the store both energetically and operationally.
- Guide customers in selecting crystals and metaphysical tools
- Maintain a sacred, welcoming, and peaceful environment
- Support staff rhythm, organization, and in-store energy
- Assist with Shopify POS, inventory, and restocking
- Option to support events, scheduling, or staff training over time
Ideal Candidate:
- 1+ year of retail experience required (management a plus)
- Knowledge of crystals and metaphysical practices
- Grounded, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative
- Tech-comfortable (Shopify POS, email, and light social media)

Sage Spirits is located in Thousand Oaks, California — the heart of Conejo Valley. This peaceful, nature-connected community is home to many spiritually curious and wellness-oriented individuals. Our shop sits near the Santa Monica Mountains and serves as a calm, healing destination for the local area.
